This past weekend I had the opportunity to work with a talented makeup-artist, hairstylist, stylist and models to shoot a fun water fashion shoot that I had been planning. I have such a huge passion for fashion photography and was so excited to play around and work on this project. I’m planning on doing more shoots like this so keep checking back. I hope y’all enjoy!!

This shoot was a lot of fun. It was my first time shooting with a local fashion meetup group composed of makeup artist, hair stylist, stylist, photographers and models,  that meet about once a month and sets up these fashion shoots with themes for their magazine. The theme for this shoot was School Fashion Stereotypes. The three models that I worked with, Christine, Anna, and Amber did an amazing job and had the stereotypes of skater girl, school president, nerdy/smart girl, and hippy.

Doing this shoot made me realize how much I love shooting fashion. I am so excted about all of my upcomg fashion/creative shoots and cant wait to share them here with y’all.

So check back soon for lots of fun stuff. :)

I have been dying the show y’all this shoot!! I am in love with these for several reasons. First off Jen, the bride did an absolutely beautiful job rocking her dress. You look amazing Jen!! Second, this was our first Fayetteville shootout and it went perfectly! The hair and makeup was done by Jessica Jonna who did an amazing job and was so helpful, I just may bring her on all my shoots. ;) Also at the shoot there were some other very talented photographers who shot along side of me, Shawn Lanphear from SL Photography and Christine Dobson from Captured Memories By Christine. I had a great time and cant wait for our next shoot! :)

Enjoy!!!

I just adore this girl!! I’m sure many of you recognize her cute little face from being on my blog in the past, she’s my bestie Kaci! Every time we get together it is like a photo shoot marathon. We both have a passion for photography and getting all dressed up, and those two combined equals photo opportunities. :) Unfortunately we are both married to military men and have not had the opportunity to live near each other, although we are not giving up hope, so we rarely have the chance to shoot together. We when do get together though its a time full of giggles and picture taking. I just wanted to share a few that I took of Kaci while we were together this summer. I just love this girl!!! Miss you Kaci!!

Let me tell you about this girl, she was not only one of my first victims (hee…hee) for photo shoots but also one of my most memorable models. Kat has the most infectious smile I have ever seen and is such a beautiful girl inside and out. I had SO MUCH FUN on this shoot and couldn’t stop giggling. As beautiful as Kat is, she is hard to shoot some times, her attention span in front of the camera is short!!! It makes for a fun challenge.

I love you girl and I hope you love your pictures. Thank you for the memories. :)
