This past Sunday I went to my last welcome home ceremony before I move. Even though the ceremony kept getting pushed back I had a great time waiting with the Cottrill girls. It was so cute to watch how anxious they were to see their daddy. Little Elise and Sam were so sweet and entertaining. Elise just loved the camera and kept wanting me to take pictures of her, my type of girl. Well, Cottrill family I hope you enjoy the pictures.

this was so cute Sam was so excited to show her dad her lose tooth

This past Friday night I had the honor once again of being apart of another welcome home ceremony. Even though it was scheduled to be at 11:45 pm, I was so excited to be there and be apart of such an exciting time. Everyone was awake and dressed up to pick up their Soldier after a long year absence. There was so much energy and excitement in the room. Vicki and her two girls Kennedy and Payton were just glowing with excitement to pick up their dad and husband. I cant even tell you how special it was to be there and witness this family’s reunion. Thanks so much Powers’ family for allowing me to be apart of it. I hope you enjoy your pictures and having your family back together. :)

WELCOME HOME!!!!!!!!!

One of the greatest moments of being an army wife is welcoming home our solider. Last year I experienced my very own homecoming ceremony when my husband returned from Iraq. I will never forget how I felt running into his arms for the first time in a year and knowing that he was home! Well, yesterday I was honored to be apart of the Fuller’s homecoming. I was so moved by watching this family and remembering how it felt for me just one year ago. I am so excited for them and so honored to share this special and exciting moment with y’all.
